MacPom II

Fring est une application gratuite, encore en béta, qui vous permet d'utiliser la VoIP sur votre mobile en 3G ou en Wi-Fi, tout en supportant MSN, Skype, GoogleTalk, ICQ et le SIP !

Je l'avais découvert sur mon Nokia E 61 et viens d'apprendre (mieux vaut tard ...) qu'il était supporté par le P990i, ce qui permet de combler le manque du SIP que l'on ne peut trouver qu'avec le P1i.

Voici le mode d'emploi [En] :

1. Check that you have the latest firmware. (Go to Main Menu / System Information. The latest firmware is R6D23). If you don’t have it, get it from Sony Ericsson. Go grab a cup of coffee - it will take about 15 minutes to install.
2. Get an audio plug-in from fring here (takes about 5 seconds)
3. Get fring via SMS as usual (fring should be up & running within about a minute as usual)

Le M600i et le W950i ne sont pas encore compatibles avec Fring.

Le JournalduMac reprend les données citées par MacDailyNews à propos de l'autonomie de l'iPhone : impressionnant !

Comme toujours, ce seront les premiers tests qui permettront d'y voir plus clair ...

En l'espèce, cette solution, payante ($ 39,95) permet l'amélioration de la compatibilité entre Mac OS et les Blackberry.
